Tabby is operated by G. Ochoa LLC. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so Tabby Pro comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you change your mind
You may request a full refund of your most recent Tabby Pro charge within 30 days of that charge, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or email support@tabbysplit.xyz and we'll help you.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your Tabby Pro subscription at any time from the Paddle billing portal or by emailing us. After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period, and you won't be charged again.
Exceptions
Refunds beyond the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be declined where the Service has been used in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
