- How should roommates split rent fairly?
- The three common methods are: split evenly, split in proportion to each bedroom's square footage, or split in proportion to each person's income. Room size is the most common tiebreaker when bedrooms differ noticeably; income-based splitting is used when housemates earn very differently and agree to it.
- Is it fair to charge more for a bigger bedroom?
